during my stay, I experienced the joy of loud noises from the reception area and the interesting smell of mold in my room, how lovely, and to top it off, I expected a complimentary upgrade for my inconvenience but alas, nothing. I almost thought this place would be nice but just couldn't it have been any worse?

I had a fantastic stay as a solo traveler for 3 nights in a Single Room. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, and I felt at home from the beginning. Breakfast was top-notch and kept me energized for the day. The location right in the old quarter made exploring easy. Definitely recommend this place! 😊

Noise from the reception area persisted until late, which made relaxation challenging.

It was just an optimal selection for a weekend adventure in Colonia del Sacramento, great value for the money. The included breakfast was plentiful and surprisingly good, making mornings feel special. Aim for a room away from common areas to avoid noise.

I had a lovely stay. the cozy garden area was perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and the breakfast was extremely plentiful with plenty of options! I did find the decor a bit old-fashioned, which clashed with some of the bright online photos, but overall, I’d return for sure!

It was very clean, and greatly located. The pleasant garden and pool were nice to see. The staff was amazing, very friendly and sweet.

The location was truly excellent, right within the historic heart of the city! The daily breakfast was impressive, offering a wide range of choices to start the day. The friendly staff made me feel genuinely welcomed, particularly Angelica, Olga, and Carla, who added a personal touch to my experience. I also enjoyed the serene atmosphere of the garden area, which was fantastic for unwinding after sightseeing.
